Starting on the shop floor in 1998 sweeping chips as a teenager, Dan’s relentless drive to learn the trade propelled him through the ranks over a standout 26-year career.
Guided by a vision to build a modern, high-precision manufacturing facility, Dan founded Premier Manufacturing Group. His background spans every facet of production—from CAD modeling in SolidWorks and advanced CNC programming to machine setup, operation, and certified quality management. Backed by 20 years of precision quoting, ERP operational control, and hands-on machining across turning, milling, waterjet, and EDM, Dan leads with both technical mastery and business acumen. Above all, he believes exceptional manufacturing starts with integrity and genuine relationships, bringing a personal commitment to earn and keep every client’s trust.
