Dan Thieman is no stranger to manufacturing. Beginning his career as a teenager in 1998 with just sweeping floors, he continually wanted to learn more and to apply himself. His ambition pushed him to the top ranks with a successful 26 year tenure. Ready to push further, Dan recognized the best way to keep progressing was to create his own company. Dan’s expansive manufacturing experience sets the pace for Premier Manufacturing Group. From programming, set-up and running various types of CNC equipment, waterjet, EDM and more, he has a solid base in all aspects of manufacturing with plenty of hands on experience. Having 20 years in quoting all types of manufacturing work, Solidworks design and ERP management experience.  Dan  has what it takes to produce with a proven track record and understanding  that relationships are key and is thankful for every opportunity to earn your business. 

Brian is a successful businessman that has the ability to vision long term growth and what it takes to achieve it.  Having started, scaled and sold a business he understands the importance of every detail in running a successful business. As Brian was looking for his next challenge in business he and Dan Theiman collaborated and decided the best approach would be to start Premier Manufacturing Group.  Brian will focus on business growth, implementation of systems and procedures to meet the goals the company has set. 

Chris Ranly has been in manufacturing for 25 years. With an expert level understanding of the toughest machining and turning challenges, he is a proven asset. He is not only skilled at running the equipment, but he is also Premier Manufacturing Group’s lead programmer. A successful part begins with a successful process and program; we recognize Chris can provide exactly that. In fact, nearly all 25 years of his experience have been in conjunction with Dan Thieman. These relationships put us in a strong position to accept the industries’ challenges.
